Hi,

I’m really glad you’re here.

ThinkWithSimon started from a simple feeling.

At the end of some weeks, I would sit back and think… where did those seven days go? Not in a chaotic, hamster-wheel kind of way. Just a blur. Monday to Sunday. Gone.

And I wondered: do we ever really stop to reflect?

In 2024, my mom passed away. That season changed something in me. It forced me to slow down and think more deeply about life. About how fragile it is. How miraculous it is. How short it can be. And strangely, how long it can feel too.

Before that, small things would stress me out. Consume my mind. Feel huge.

But perspective changes everything.

You can have a thousand problems in your head… until you have a health problem. Then you only have one.

That shift made me want to reflect weekly. Not in a heavy way. Not in a preachy way. Just thoughtful. Honest. Clear.

ThinkWithSimon is my way of doing that.

Each week, I’ll share a short reflection to try and help us slow down, think clearly, and live a little more intentionally. Consider it a pause button. A mental reset. A small exercise for our mind, the same way we exercise our bodies.

If it helps you even 1% think better, handle stress better, or appreciate life a little more… then it’s worth writing.

Thank you for being here.

Simon 🤟
